well i still dont have a cell phone, which really sucks because every time i drive my car around especially on the interstate driving to and from school i feel like its going to break down and leave me stranded in the middle of nowhere with no way to get in touch with anyone! but i did go get my own insurance plan so at least i have that.
but in more exciting news!!! there is a DISNEY, yes thats right i said disney. theres a disney showcase at school that im in!!! we're doing 8 different songs from various movies and singing and dancing. woo!!! im so excited. im in "seize the day" from the newsies and im in "i wont say im in love" from hercules. for the newsies we're going to do the original choreography from the movie cuz apparently everyone knows the newsies for the dance number they do in seize the day. and in "i wont say im in love we're gonna be dancing with feather boas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! eep!!!!!!!!!!!! im so excited- and all of u bitches should come see me in it on may 1st. its a two weeks from tomorrow
i guess i should go do some of my homework that ive been procrastinating doing. i have 994 pgs worth of reading i have to get done by wed, a trig test tom and i dont even know what its on, a term paper due next week sometime, 3 forum reports due tomorrow by 5. ...ugh... |

i've said it a thousand times, "She is ruining his life!!!" juanita is a sorry ass motherfuckin piece of shit who couldnt make it on her own. god cant even fix this woman. i hate her so much for what shes done to my dad. if i ever see her in the streets it will be all i can do to control myself and not knock the spic right out of her taco lovin ass. god i hate that woman! my dad was finally doing something with his life and being a real father before she showed up. Then he found her and it was all down hill from there. ever since they've been together i've been tellin him that she is no good for him and he do so much better. and where does he end up? thousands of dollars in debt, missing work frequently, HE HAS THE FUCKING CRACK DEALER AND THE DEALER'S WHORE LIVING WITH HIM IN HIS TRAILER!!!, he's had his van shot at in new orleans over drugs, he checked himself into a mental institution last year, he's quit talking to me pretty much, let alone take care of me, and he cant pay any of his bills. oh and by the way, did i mention he's addicted to crack? no? well just thought i might throw that out there.
my dad has been ruining his life over the past couple of years because of this woman. she introduced him to again and ever since he's been going down hill. the deal between him and my mom is that he pays for my car insurance and my cell phone and my mom pays for everyday stuff that i need. well now that im working again i dont need my mom to pay for stuff for me, but i do need my dad to pay for my insurance and phone because i dont make that kind of money 2- 3 weekends a month at o'henry's. well he called me last week to tell me that "my car insurance was being terminated because he couldnt afford it and he cant support me anymore i have to take care of myself and oh yeah, dont be surprised if my cell phone gets turned off." really? why cant you fucking pay your bills? you dont have any other bills to pay except gas for your car and utilities at your trailer. what on gods green earth could stop you, who makes 4,000 a month, from paying maybe 1,000 worth of bills? please enlighten me.
so i called my mom this morning to talk to her about getting my own insurance so i dont ever have to worry about driving without it again. because as it is now, if i am pulled over for any reason i'm going to jail because i dont have insurance. an while i was on the phone with her, she told me that she called my dads insurace guy (mr. perry, his best friend from younger days) to find out about stuff for me and finds out that daddy hasnt paid our insurance since february. so he owes about 6-7 hundred to mr. perry. then my phone was turned off so i went to the cingular store to pay the bill because i need my cell phone. not so much to tlak to people, because i hardly ever call anyone, but so i have it incase i need it for some reason. so i go to the cingular store and say im here to pay a bill. they pull up my info and he asks me how much i want to pay today. rather confused (i was going to pay it all, thats usually what paying a bill means) i asked, "how much is owed?" to which he replies, "550" "What?!" "well actually a little over 700 but only 500 of it is overdue." "well how much do i have to pay to get my phone utrned back on?" "550" what the fuck?! who lets a bill collect and grow for that long?! well i could only afford 200 becuase i have to say money for insurance for my car. so i paid it and left.
i hate what my dad's doing to himself. i know he can do much better than that. he is better than that. |

so mardi gras didnt quite go as planned. i ended up having to work a double on saturday. which really sucked cuz it was so busy sat. morning and then i was reproducing a check from earlier so i could get my cash out and the power goes out in the entire restaurant. it was like 5:30 and raining really hard and a transformer blew in the front of o'henrys. so we got rid of everyone and then started to pick up dishes and throw away trash and amanda even gave us the beers out of the coolers cuz they were gonna go bad anyways and the power comes back on. but were like its ok we dont have any gas for the grill because supposedly the firefighters that came by said they smelled a gas leak and turned off our gas. but no our gas was still on and we were forced to reopen. and i was gonna go home but they were 1 server short and it was really busy and kristi talked me into working a double. so i stayed...
then on monday, sean called in "sick" and so we only had 3 servers. 3 servers does not work out well when there are 21 tables, no hostess, no bus boy, only 1 manager (who isnt a great manager anyway), and a bar tender that kinda sucks. it was bad. there was a 20 - 30 minute wait at the door from 11:30 am all the way until 3:30 pm. there were tables that had dishes piled 2ft high because we didnt have time to bring them to the window to scrape them to be washed. i was supposed to get off at 4 but i didnt get out of there until 6 because my last table didnt leave until 5 and i had side work to do. but i did walk out of there with $150 so i guess its ok
i got to go up on the balcony of club 544 on bourbon monday night. i wanted to go to the rave but shit happened and i couldnt, i had to go to the club instead. the balcony was fun though.
now im back at school and i am extremely excited that my class is canceled tonight and my class tomorrow is canceled. if it werent for my class on friday, i would drive home right now for the weekend and come back on sunday. oh well, school is school. |

so i got a tree frog! hes so fat and cute. and after much deliberation, kileigh and i came up with the name "Rana de Zarzal". it's the spanish name for tree frog. i know kinda lame right? but we just call him zarz which ended up becoming sars. so my frog's unofficial name is sars. it came about because at first i was like hey we could call him zary or zarz for short. and kileigh was like zarz? isnt that like some kind of disease...and i was like...ummm no...that would be sars.
im goin home for mardi gras this weekend woo! i have to work everyday though. but thats expected. and i get to see david so im good. :) |

oh how i love red headed sluts! i just got back from st. elmo's a little while ago. i cant get to sleep. chop made a shot glass tower out of all the empty plastic shot glasses. there were 46 of them. we took pictures, it was an amazing feat to keep it standing.
So apart from my car breaking down again last weekend, right after i got it fixed, i've been pretty good. i dropped 2 of my classes. i kinda felt guilty afterwards but i know that im way too lazy this semester to do it. i have a bad case of schoolitis. i dont feel like doing anything anymore. but i have to make good grades and do my work so i can stay in school and get a degree. fuckin democratic social classes. why couldnt i just have been born a princess in another country, perhaps england. then i wouldnt have to worry about getting a degree so i'd have money. i would just have to get basic education in the ways of the world so i could rule the country some day. that would be nice. i wouldnt mind having a personal tutor to tech me in my pj's in my own castle so i could eventually rule a small country one day. if only i would have picked the blue straw when i was offered a chance to plan my future. oh well im out. im finally getting tired and i have a rugby game to attend tomorrow. |

ok so my mom changed her mind and the party is going to be from 12- 6. you can show up any time during that time frame and come party! woo!
omg! i went to a rugby practice last night and it was so much fun!! and i got some way overdue exercise. thats all i have for now, it's too early to write anything for reals.

so to recap the past couple of weeks...
my computer is still dead
my car recently died
my granny died
im sick of school work
my dad is "over" with juanita but now he has new girlfriends and i dont think they are going to be much better
than she was
i cant find a job in hattiesburg
and i miss daivd all the time while im at school
OH! and i gained like 10 pounds over the holidays...great
man, good thing i have friends, otherwise i might be really upset
im tired and depressed...
and i sound really childish to say i need a hug but a good hug really does make me feel better. it makes me feel like someone cares and it's going to be ok
i'll feel better soon, i think. |
